On weekends from not through Election Day, the Farmington Dems will be out and about in various locations in Farmington, giving visibility to our candidates and to our Committee.   

Farmington has two seats in the NH House of Representatives.  We are supporting our incumbent representative, the Honorable Rachel Burke, and a candidate in the Farmington scene, Martin Laferte.  We ask that you support both Farmington Democrat candidates, if you are eligible to vote in Farmington.  

We are also in great support of Rich Leonard for State Sentate, NH Senate District #6.  We need a solid voices in our House and Senate who support working families.    We are also supportive of our current Executive Councilor, Colin VanOstern, who is also seeking re-election.  Finally, Our wonderful Congresswoman, Carol Shea-Porter, who has worked so hard over here terms in Congress to make sure that working folks get the government they need to protect their rights, and strengthen their position in society.  We also urge you to vote for Senator Jeanne Shaheen and Governor Maggie Hassan, both of whom will continue to be voices of reason, working for all of us.

We need to strengthen our public education system, our state infrastructure, and the way we look at healthcare in this state.  We have to replace the do-nothing, fear mongering legislators who seek to continue to keep working families from getting ahead, so they and their wealthy friends can accumulate more wealth.  They represent themselves and the special interests of big money.  They are bad for Farmington and bad for New Hampshire.
