Please call your Representatives Jim Horgan and Joe Pitre, and Senator,
Jim Gray and remind them that you expect them to vote to override the
Governor's veto, should a vote be taken. Farmington desperately needs
the school funding that the Governor does not support.
The Farmington Democratic Committee will have its July meeting on Thursday, July 11, at 6:00 PM at South Main Pizza on Main Street in Farmington. We will have a joint meeting with the Milton Democratic Committee.
Farmington Agenda Items will include:
Adopt-a-Spot Watering
- in the hot summer months, folks are asked to stop by our adopt-a
-spot at the intersection of Spring Street and Route 11 with a few
buckets of water and water the barrels and anything else that looks
parched.
Hay Day - Saturday, August 17th. We will have a booth and will need folks to help people it on Saturday from 9:00 - 3:00 PM.
Strafford County Picnic - Sunday, August 18 at Millennium Park in Rollinsford. Good time to meet and greet other Strafford County Dems and candidates.
NHDP State Convention
- The
2019 NHDP State Convention will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019,
at the Southern New Hampshire University Arena in Manchester!
The Convention will be action packed: you'll hear from our Presidential candidates, our Congressional Delegation, legislative leaders, and many more. Join thousands, yes thousands, of your fellow Democrats for a very exciting day. If you have any questions about the convention, please email convention@nhdp.org.Delegate Registration is open, but general registration is not. Delegates please register and plan on attending if possible. Votes may be needed.
