Forty-seven House Democrats moved toward darkness voting yes in Thursday’s vote on a bill to make it
harder for Syrian refugees to enter the US. They pandered to fear, bigotry and unfortunately look much more like their heartless, hateful counterparts on the other side of the aisle because of this.
