Ryan Halligan, of Essex Junction, Vermont, was just thirteen when he took his own life, in October of 2003. Since the fifth grade he had faced a barrage of online and in school bullying from follow students. On Monday, March 14th, at 9AM John Halligan will be bringing his son's story to the Farmington High School. The cyber bullying presentation will be held in the gym.
