Join us in a Canvass to Inform Voters as Part of the State House Legislative Accountability Program

Granite State Progress will be canvassing two local New Hampshire districts as part of our State House Legislative Accountability Program this coming Sunday, August 11, and Wednesday, August 14, 2013.

The State House Legislative Accountability Program is new this summer and will continue through the fall. The Program aims to hold conservative state legislators accountable and highlight middle class champions by working with advocates like you to educate area constituents about the voting records and public statements made by individual state legislators. We are very excited about this program and have had very successful responses from the districts we have already canvassed.

Granite State Progress seeks you to help with the canvassing in these areas in order to hold our local legislators accountable to the voters and taxpayers they represent.  We are canvassing this week in the following areas:

Granite State Progress is a multi-issue progressive advocacy organization that holds politicians feet to the fire on the issues that matter most. Past examples of our work include our popular State House and State Senate Report Cards from last session, the town meeting campaign “Challenge the Vote to Discriminate” and our work on other pressing issues facing our state, such as health care, worker's rights, gun violence prevention, and voting access. Granite State Progress works year-round to challenge conservative propaganda in our state, and to promote progressive solutions to critical community problems.
